"Assisted Living Facility Underdelivers On Care and Amenities"
Unsatisfactory service at assisted living facility; unmet needs and health concerns" Sadly, the facility doesn’t provide quality service as expected. The Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), who interact most with residents, have restrictions on helping residents with simple tasks. The staff seldom picks up the phone when you want to communicate with them. I've seen them merely go into resident's rooms, give them their medicine, and expect the resident to give it to themselves. They rarely stay longer than five minutes. To make matters worse, my loved one's medication dispenser doesn't operate properly and no one comes back to help, resulting in my loved one not receiving their medication. This is a recurring problem. The meals provided are not nutritious or suitable for any of the residents. Too often, they're serving hot dogs and potato chips to residents with various health problems which is very concerning. Moreover, the laundry facilities are regularly dysfunctional. Even after being washed, clothes don't smell fresh. Shockingly, there are mouse traps visible on the upper floors, even after renovations. Additionally, they don't offer any transportation for outings or trips to stores for the residents.

"Mixed Feelings About Assisted Living Facility"
I thought the place was nice, and the staff was friendly. The rooms were updated, but the shared spaces could use some improvements.

"Friendly Staff and Newly Remodeled Apartments"
The marketing director, [name removed], was thorough and friendly. She invited us and our relative for lunch. The staff ensured we met everyone who came our way. The apartments are nicely decorated, but the common area furniture is a bit worn. Outside spaces are minimal but pleasant. The facility feels safe with security cameras monitored at all times

"Decent Facility, Uncertain About Adequate Assistance"
This place is pretty good. I’m just worried if my dad will receive the help he needs to stand up and go downstairs for his meals.
