"Avoid Coles: Worst Assisted Living Facility"
Don't even think about taking your pets here, much less anyone you care about! Last year, I let my sister-in-law move here and it was literally the worst place she's been; she lost 15 pounds in just over 2 months there! The food was beyond bad and the nursing staff, just awful. I beg you, don't make the same mistake with any of your loved ones by placing them at Coles.

"Caring Staff and Comfortable Living at Coles Supportive Living"
I recommend Coles Supportive Living to anyone worried about their loved ones. I went there as a last resort, but it should have been my first choice. A staff member showed my aunt and me around, making us feel at home. He was very patient with all my questions and made sure I got all the answers I needed. He moved my aunt in right away, and even now, I can call and check on her and get the same friendly service as on the first day.

"Great Place for Mom!"
This community takes good care of my mom. They call me to stay in touch and serve her tasty meals. The activities are enjoyable for her. I'd suggest it to my friends.

"Adjusting but Good: A Clean, Caring Community"
My mom's still getting used to this place, but it's nice. I have a few small worries, but overall, she's doing well. I just want to know what they give her. She keeps needing extra money for things, and she doesn't have much to spare. The place is super clean, though. They really keep it tidy. The people who work here are nice and helpful. They take good care of her. I'd tell others to think about this place.
