"Comfortable Evaluation and Apartment Tour"
The director and admission manager were friendly and made my mom feel comfortable during the evaluation at her house. The apartment tour was good, and she chose one.

"Pricey and Far: Disappointed After Contact with Facility"
They reached out to me and sent a pamphlet. The place is way out of my budget and it's too far from my son. When she phoned again, I shared my thoughts with her.

"Expensive Location"
Cordia Senior Residence was nice, but it was far from where we wanted. It was also pricey compared to other places we visited. Still, it was clean, and everyone was friendly.

The food here isn't great. Plus, the elevators never seem to work.

Our whole family is happy with my mother’s move to this community. Everything has gone smoothly since she arrived. While she’s still adjusting, we feel confident that she’s safe and well-cared-for here. The staff is excellent—they take great care of her needs. Overall, we’re very pleased with everything they’ve done for us.

"Parents are now happy and loving their new home!"
My brother and I checked out 6 senior living places over a month. Cordia seemed like the best choice for our parents. One morning, I visited unannounced and saw many seniors laughing, chatting, and playing cards over coffee. I brought my mom there, also unannounced, and they gave us lunch and showed her around. She really liked it, but we knew my dad wanted to stay home he didn’t even want to visit. We moved their stuff in, and he saw it for the first time on move-in day. It took him about a month, but now he’s happy! We LOVE this place and are so glad we found it for our parents!

"Cramped rooms, off-putting vibe, pricy fees & insensitive showings"
The rooms were awfully cramped and the vibe wasn't inviting. The price tag was also quite steep. I really wasn't a fan of them showing a room while it was occupied either- left me feeling uneasy.

"Considered Cordia, But Found it Small and Unimpressive"
Cordia didn't wow me. We thought about it because it was close by, but it didn't stack up to the others we saw. It felt a bit cramped and wasn't that good-looking.

"Too pricey and not active enough for my parents"
In my opinion, it felt very costly considering what we got. It's situated right by a big road, which didn't feel safe for my folks if they wanted to be outside. One of my co-worker's mom lives there, and while her room looked pretty good, the residents seemed old. I didn't see much activity, and my parents aren't the type to just sit around. I can't see it being a good fit for them.

"Top-notch care and comfort for your loved ones!"
After checking out other assisted living places, we chose Cordia for our Mom after her hospital stay because she couldn't live alone anymore. From day one, Mom loved everything how friendly the staff was, how clean and comfy it was, and the amazing food! But most importantly, we knew she was safe and well cared for by Shelly and her team. I even joke that when I can't live alone anymore, I hope Cordia has a room for me. Get the BINGO game ready... Anyone making this decision knows how tough it can be, but we felt right away that we made the best choice trusting Cordia with Mom's care.

"Concerts, Therapy Dogs, and Gardening - Oh My!"
It’s been great here. I really like this place. The lifestyle and amenities are top-notch, but it’s a bit pricey. My mom used three types of assistance—dressing, bathing, and meal escort—but she stopped using two without telling the office, so we got overcharged. Thankfully, they fixed it. After dinner, they have sing-alongs with piano music, at least two concerts a week, and arts and crafts. Sometimes therapy dogs visit. They even have a raised flower bed in the garden for wheelchair users. Overall, it’s not cheap, but my mom is happy.

"Affordable Assisted Living with Engaging Activities and Pleasant Atmosphere"
Cordia's studio with a kitchen costs about $3,500 monthly. Meds and blood testing run approximately $280 per month. They have a baby grand piano and nightly singing, which makes the residents more involved in activities. The atmosphere is very nice, but there's no pool. On Thursdays, a Lutheran pastor visits for a service.
