"Assisted Living Shines with Caring Staff and Great Services"
I've been here for nearly 6 years! Every place has its problems, but the helpful staff always address any issues. I love our church services—I haven't missed a single one. And our maintenance director is top-notch!

"Assisted Living Falls Short on Promised Care Standards"
They tried their best, but when more care was needed, they couldn't provide it. It wasn't quite what we were told. The caregivers had to do many tasks like cleaning and dishes, but they couldn't help if someone fell, needing to call an ambulance instead. There wasn't a nurse on-site, just one available by phone. With only one caregiver for every ten residents, they struggled to provide enough care.

"Assisted Living Facility Lacks Essential Care"
They managed okay with the resources they seemed to have, but the moment more care was needed, they backed off. It's not quite what I'd call an assisted living facility, and definitely a different picture than we were presented. The CNAs were burdened with cleaning, cooking, and feeding all residents, but if somebody fell, they weren't allowed to help - they had to dial 911. There wasn't a nurse on duty, only one reachable. In addition, there was only one CNA for every ten seniors, and they just couldn't provide the necessary care.
