"Poor hygiene and management, inadequate staffing, and unprofessional leadership."
This place is awful. The aides wander from room to room without changing their protective gear - even their gloves! Management is awful, and residents aren't even getting showers. There aren't enough aides at night to look after your family member because their staffing agency just doesn't show up. If you don't work extra shifts, they treat you very badly. The new Head of Nursing is totally unprofessional. What a disaster this place is.

"Assisted living lacked homely warmth, despite accommodating staff during tour."
The community didn't feel like home, lacked warmth we wanted for our loved one. Staff were nice during the tour, but it didn't meet our needs.

"Evergreen: Kind Staff, Tasty Food, Great Activities!"
I give Evergreen 4 stars because nobody’s perfect all the time. I like joining activities, going out for lunch, and making new friends. The food is tasty, and we have lots of options. The staff is super kind and exceeds expectations. I wouldn’t change a thing—I highly recommend Evergreen!

"Great spot for mom!"
My mother-in-law lives here. She's been here only two months but adjusted well. It's a great place. The staff is awesome, always friendly and involved with everyone. They have lots of fun stuff like Bingo, games, and weekly shopping trips. They even bring in music and pets for the residents. She likes the food too. She wanted to be independent but still have help if she needed it.

"Nice facility but on the pricey side"
This place is really nice, and the woman who showed us around was great. They had lots of activities for my mom to do, but they were pretty pricey. Still, everyone there was friendly and made a good first impression. They even asked if my mom would need a wheelchair before she arrived! This place is perfect for people who like to walk around, with hallways in circles or figure eights so they won’t run into walls. I would suggest this community to other families.

"Great Care and Value for My Father"
I’m really happy with the care my father is getting here. The meals are varied and excellent, and my father seems to enjoy them all. The place is very clean, and it’s great to see him taking part in the activities. We definitely recommend this community for great care and value for your loved one.
