"Facility Prioritizes Money Over Safety During Pandemic"
It's really not cool that my family's nerves are shot because this place keeps welcoming new folks during this awful pandemic! It seems they're the only ones doing this. Doesn't this just put everyone at a huge risk if they're not even running thorough checks on newcomers? I heard they just take temperatures which doesn't mean much if some folks don't show signs right away. This place seriously needs to shape up because it seems like they care more about money than the well-being of their tenants and employees!!!! I won't be sharing my name! I already talked to someone from MTH and got zero help. I'm just sharing my bad experience with others.

"Incompetent Management Ruining Once Beautiful Facility"
I can't believe how this place is managed. Even though we're paying a fortune, it's clear the director has no clue. It's nearly impossible to reach her and if you're waiting to hear back from her, you might be waiting for weeks. She lacks professionalism and, despite how attractive the facility used to be, she's causing it to lose its worth.

"Mixed Experience at Assisted Living Facility"
If your loved one enjoys being social and active, I wouldn't recommend this assisted living unit. I visit my mother frequently, but I rarely see any activities happening. I'm unsure how the activities work because hardly anyone participates. The activity aide often seems more focused on her computer than interacting with residents. However, the staff provides excellent care, and overall, I'm quite satisfied.

"Shockingly Unkind Staff at Pricy Assisted Living Facility"
This place might look good, but don't let that fool you. I was visiting my friend's mom and I was pretty shocked. I wasn't trying to upset my friend, but dude, the helpers here are way not cool. They're super lazy and aren't nice to the older folks at all. Like, they'd just yell at them. I saw this one lady ask to be pushed in her wheelchair and a helper was like 'find someone else'. No way I want my mom treated like that! Especially not for the money they're asking. I'm seriously disappointed that a place that's supposed to be Catholic can act so mean. There's not much going on here activity-wise either.

"Gorgeous But Disappointing, Elderly Bullied, Limited Activities"
The place looks lovely and is spotless! However, the assisted living service is terrible and so disheartening. Some aides even torment the elderly residents who need help. Very, very disappointing! You'd definitely find to be a lot friendlier with a wider variety of activities.

"Awesome for Self-Sufficient Seniors, Falls Short for Assisted Living"
While exploring various options for a family member, I realized this community had a different demographic than what my relative required. If you're seeking a place for senior citizens who can live independently, this community is excellent. I'd grade it 4.5 in this category. They have a lovely chapel on the premises. Unfortunately, the assisted living or nursing care portions resemble an old hospital ward. If someone is in urgency in finding a facility for their relative and needs care for them, I get why they might choose this community. But, this wasn't the right match for my family member.

"A tour worth recommending"
We visited this place for my parents. The people there were friendly and they answered our questions. We thought the food options were good. Also, the activities seemed like they would be good for both of my parents. We think other families should check out this place for taking care of a loved one because it offers good value.

"Dazzling Home but Pricey!"
Franciscan Village was really nice! I believe my dad would have liked it a lot, but it cost a lot. If it wasn't so expensive, we would have picked it as our favorite place.

Franciscan Village was a nice place. I had a great tour, and everyone was really friendly. They answered all my questions and showed me around. It was a good experience.

"Settling in and Happy"
“My dad is getting great care at this place. He hasn’t been there long, but he’s happy. The staff is really nice and helps him settle in. The food is really good, and he likes the choices. The grounds and his room are always clean. They have activities, but he hasn’t joined in yet.”

"Decent place with small issues, but overall, pretty satisfactory."
So far, this place has had some issues, like having no water for a day. Yet, they took care of these problems pretty quick. The building's kind of old, so that means they've needed to fix a couple small things. But they make sure to keep the place neat and tidy, and they've just finished fixing it up. The people who work there are really nice. The price is about what you'd expect. I think there are enough things to do here, although we haven't experienced a lot yet since we're new. One down side though, the TV service isn't great, it goes out a lot. But apart from that, I really don't have any problems.
