"Facility Neglects Care Over Profit, Mom Contracts COVID"
If I could, I'd give these guys negative points on their rating. All they care about is making money. Everything else? It's not that important to them. My mom caught covid after being in their care for 3 days. And we didn't return, but they still billed me.

"Needs Improvement: Kind Staff, Facility Requires Renovation"
Our family visited the place and met some really nice people working there. However, the building itself didn’t look too good. It seems like it needs quite a bit of fixing up.

"My Mother Thrives in This Community"
Things are going great for my mom since she moved to this community. We're happy with everything they've done for our family. The people here are kind, and they're taking good care of her. We're also pleased with A Place for Mom and their support.

Garden Place is a nice, clean environment. The staff is friendly and caring. They take pride in how the place looks and keep it well-maintained. They do a great job of taking care of the residents, and we haven’t had any major issues.

"Caring Staff, But Communication Needs Improvement"
I think the staff is really caring. The one thing that could be better is the communication with the family about how my mom is doing. I feel like I have to ask a lot of questions. I would appreciate more updates on different things.

"Garden Place: A Caring Assisted Living Community"
Garden Place has been awesome! My 98-year-old dad can mostly take care of himself, but he needs help remembering his medicine and preparing food. We’ve tried another community, but Garden Place goes above and beyond. They treat Dad with respect, not just as a number. The staff is caring, and they all know him. If Dad needs anything, they’re there to help. Garden Place isn’t just where Dad used to live independently; it’s more like assisted living. The food is good, and we can join Dad for a meal at a reasonable price. His only complaint is the lack of evening activities. But the Garden Place encourages residents to share suggestions, so Dad will speak up once he remembers. We’re relieved we found Garden Place through A Place for Mom. Dad’s well cared for, and they even provide residents with an emergency button that doubles as a GPS tracker.

"A Place for Dad"
Garden Place has been wonderful! My 98-year-old dad can mostly take care of himself, but he needs help remembering to take his medicine and with food preparation. Unlike another community he visited, Garden Place goes above and beyond. They treat Dad as an individual, not just a number. Every staff member is caring, and they all know my dad. If he ever needs anything, they're there to assist. Garden Place isn't just where Dad used to live independently; it offers more than other communities that provide assisted living. The food is good, and we can join Dad for meals at a reasonable price. The only downside is the lack of evening activities. However, Garden Place encourages residents to share suggestions for improvement, so Dad plans to make a suggestion once he remembers. We're relieved to have found Garden Place through A Place for Mom. Knowing Dad is well cared for and that he wears an emergency button (which also functions as a GPS tracker) gives us peace of mind.

"Friendly, Cozy Assisted Living with Great Food and Activities"
My mother-in-law has been at Garden Place for about nine months. The food looks yummy, and she enjoys it. They go on trips to shops and restaurants, and there's bingo all the time. The staff is super nice and knows everyone's name. It's not too big, shaped like a square, so even if you forget, you can find your apartment. And help is always there for the residents.

"Senior Living Facility on DD Road: A Comfortable and Caring Option"
I haven't been to the Main Street facility, but I'm reviewing the Senior Living one on DD Road. The care there is really great. Lacey has been super helpful in making my parents feel comfortable. The staff is always happy and positive. I've visited twice on weekends and each time I leave, I feel confident that my parents are well taken care of while still having some independence. My mom especially enjoys all the attention she gets. The place is always clean. It's perfect for my parents because it's in a small town they know, so they can still go out while having their needs looked after. It's just what they needed.

"A Perfect Fit for Comfortable Care"
I haven't been to the Main Street facility, but the one on DD Road, Senior Living, deserves a 3.5-star rating. They take excellent care of residents. Lacey, in particular, has been amazing in meeting my parents' needs and making them feel at home. The staff is always happy and helpful. I've visited twice on weekends and each time, I leave feeling confident that my parents are well looked after, giving them some independence too. My mom gets lots of attention and feels spoiled. The place is always clean. It's perfect for my parents as it's in a small town they know, letting them be independent while ensuring their needs are met. It's just right for them.

"Frequent Trips May Align with Care for Dad"
Seems intriguing. My mother-in-law lives in Columbia, so our frequent trips might align with the care Dad needs for his memory issues.
