Gateway at River City (For Ages 22-64)

""Horrible Experience: Subpar Care and Unacceptable Conditions""
The situation is pretty terrible, bordering on abysmal: The food is barely enough and sometimes, it's so bad that you can't even eat it. The staff who wait on us are the most disrespectful ones I've come across. There are a bunch of certified nursing assistants - there are a few who are pleasant. The menu? Forget about special diets! It's chock-full of fatty and sugary foods. Despite their advertisements, I never witnessed any type of therapy taking place. As for bed bugs? The place is always crawling with them. The worst part? They let criminals - those guilty of grand auto theft and stealing from other residents and staff - stay here.

"Gateway at River City Ignores Dietary Needs and Smoking Laws"
If you're on a special diet, like low-salt or diabetic, don't bother with Gateway at River City. They don't cater to these dietary needs. And for nonsmokers, beware! Despite Illinois being a smoke-free state, smokers freely puff away at all four of their entrances. The staff and management appear to be ignoring this, as well as their own lease agreement. According to the lease, the only place for residents to smoke is behind the dining hall. Basically, the people running this place aren't too good at enforcing their own rules.
