"Great Option for Assisted Living with Spacious Rooms"
I visited this place and it was really nice! It was super clean and the rooms were bigger than the other places we looked at. If they had a room open, we might have picked this one for our loved one! It's definitely one of our favorites.

"Great place, but no openings available"
When we visited Grand Victorian, we thought it was perfect. The place was really nice and well-kept. The staff were amazing, super friendly, and helpful. Touring it was a great experience, but sadly, they didn’t have any spots open.

"Great staff, clean community, and better value than before"
The staff are great and handle all her needs. They’re very attentive and keep everything in check. The place is clean and well-kept. There are many activities to enjoy, and the food is okay. My aunt likes her apartment, and the cost is better than her last place. I would recommend this community.

"Good community, but food quality needs improvement"
I like everything I see when I visit this community. The only complaint I heard is the food is terrible and most of the time, it can't be eaten. When my loved one first moved in, the food was great. The chef has since left, and the food isn't the same. They are trying to fix this. The residents can't really cook in their apartments since they only have microwaves. The staff are nice, and the community is kept clean.

"Mixed feelings about Grand Victorian of Rockford"
Our family member liked the apartment layout at Grand Victorian of Rockford. It's a nice place, well-maintained and modern. However, they only provide meal plans for three meals a day, which was too much for our loved one who only wanted one meal. They have plenty of activities for everyone, but it would be better if they had separate activities for independent living and assisted living residents to help with socializing.
