"Happy with Friendly Green Oaks Staff and Tenants"
The senior staff is very good. There is a lot of turnover in other positions, but they hire nice people overall. The other tenants are very friendly. Overall, I am happy with Green Oaks.

"Mixed Feelings About Green Oaks Senior Living Tour"
We toured Green Oaks Senior Living while looking for an Independent Living place for our loved one. It was nice with a warm, cozy atmosphere and friendly staff. However, the apartments were small, and they only offer Independent Living. We needed Assisted Living options too.

"Nice staff, food and activities need improvement at facility"
Orientation and onboarding could be better. The staff is very nice but you have to ask for help. My mom moved to memory care soon after arriving. I didn’t disagree with the decision, but it seemed like they do a lot of testing when they have openings. They went from six empty rooms to none very quickly. The place looks nice and clean. The staff at the front desk and in memory care are friendly and supportive. The food isn’t great, and memory care residents don’t get the same choices as those in independent living. Residents have to ask for different options, but it rarely happens. There aren’t enough extra spoons or bowls if needed. There are many activities, and the staff is nice, but memory care residents don’t get many chances to leave the campus. Sometimes activities are canceled.

"Needs Improvement in Dining and Cleaning Services"
The eating area has been a trouble spot for a long time, and it’s still a problem. The folks living here can’t get the food they like, they’re always running out of simple stuff, and you have to wait ages to get your meal. These are things any food place or eatery should have down pat, but Green Oaks just can’t seem to get it right. Also, the cleaning crew is meant to show up every two weeks, but you’re doing good if you see them once a month. Apart from that, the living spaces are pretty good, and the people are nice.

"Delayed Follow-up and Disinterested Staff at Assisted Living Facility"
The staff didn't follow up with us until a few weeks after the tour. The place looked really nice, but the people who worked there didn't interact much with our family.

"Poor Staffing and Unfulfilled Promises at Assisted Living Facility"
We picked this place for my parents due to its environment and promises for care and service. However, after three months, only a small number of promises were fulfilled, including necessary health care discussions. The constant excuse was the shortage of staff or time. Breakfast is served anytime between 7-10am because there aren't enough workers to make or provide it. This creates a safety concern, not just a convenience issue, for residents who need to take medication with food. Administrators need to pay their staff better, provide them with training, and treat them with more kindness and understanding. They seem to have forgotten their purpose.

"Family-friendly assisted living praised for layout but deemed pricey."
We toured Green Oaks and found it lovely, but too pricey. Our family couldn't keep loved ones together in Alzheimer's wing. They showed us rooms opposite, which helped.

"Assisted Living Facility Falls Short on Promised Amenities and Service"
I don't like how my loved ones are treated at Green Oaks. They don't get the things they were promised. There's no housekeeping now because the workers left! The people in charge should care more about what the residents want instead of just trying to save money. My loved ones pay a lot of money for nothing. They won't complain, but I will. The service in the dining room is bad. They say there's a café and coffee bar, but they've never been open. It's not fair how they treat old people! I would never tell anyone to go there!

"Underwhelming Staff and Food at Assisted Living Facility"
The place itself is decent, but the staff needs to step it up. The meals they served weren't tasty at all. My partner and I, we didn't have a great time there. It just wasn't a good match for us.

"Mixed Feelings About Assisted Living Layout"
I noticed that the sales rep who gave us the tour seemed new because she got lost while showing us around. If she was lost, we worried that Mom might also get confused. Overall, the facility was good, but the layout was a bit confusing.
