"Mixed Experience at GreenTree Assisted Living"
Our family member used to live at GreenTree at Mt. Vernon, but our time there wasn't great. The place was kind of clean, and the staff were friendly overall. However, the care services weren't that good, at least based on our experience with our loved one. So, we decided to move them to a different Memory Care facility.

"A Comfortable Choice for Seniors"
My mom stayed here around 2012, and she enjoyed it. I’ve visited, and it seemed nice. After my husband passed away, my kids suggested this place for me. I’ve been here since January, and I’m happy with it.

"Amazing staff who help residents enjoy life fully"
I’ve been really impressed by the staff at Greentree! They not only take great care of the residents but also go the extra mile to help them enjoy life. They set up tours to fun local places, take them to concerts, and plan other activities to help residents enjoy the community. It’s a wonderful place that truly cares about people!

"Great stay with friendly staff and good food"
My family member stayed here a few years back and had a great experience. The staff were nice and always ready to help. The food was tasty, and the place was always clean. One thing to know is that this community doesn’t take Medicaid. Overall, I would recommend this place.

"Socialization Struggle"
I visited this place with my sister. It was alright. She didn't feel good here because it was too quiet and she couldn't find friends. The place just wasn't right for her.

""Green Tree frequently fails to pay staff, consider alternatives""
Green Tree often neglects to pay its employees. Some folks have gone for weeks, even months, without their paychecks. I'd recommend putting your money somewhere else.
