"Great Tour and Wonderful Amenities!"
I have no complaints about my tour of this place for my loved one. The staff were on time for our tour and answered all our questions in detail. I liked the open floor plan and thought they had lots of great amenities for the residents. Overall, it has been a great experience and I would recommend it to anyone.

"Cozy Living at Well-Kept Facility"
This place is really nice. The building looks great and it seems like they take good care of it. The apartments are small but they work fine. I like that they have a little shelf outside each door where residents can put up decorations. It adds a nice personal touch. Overall, it's a good place to live.

We had a good experience overall at Heritage Woods! Moving in was easy, and they helped her settle in and get used to the community. They have been flexible and helpful with any questions or requests we've had. The only downside is their billing system isn't very smooth, and we had a few issues setting things up.
