"Good start, terrible due to unclean conditions during covid."
We chose this place since the meals were top-notch. The place had a wise aura, and I was impressed with their money management team and chefs. Initially, it came with high praises. However, it took a nosedive during the pandemic. It was truly a sad situation. Their living conditions were filthy. They weren't keeping their rooms clean.

"Friendly staff, minor hiccup with appointment, overall nice facility."
This place was really nice and Josh was super helpful. Just so you know, our appointment time at 11:30 wasn't on their schedule again, but they handled it really professionally.

"“Friendly Staff and Great Food at Heritage Woods”"
Heritage Woods is a really nice place. The staff, who works there, answered all my questions and was very friendly. The staff seemed happy in their jobs and genuinely cared about the residents. When I visited, they were having a Thanksgiving meal, and the food was really good. I even got to chat with Georgia, one of the residents, and her family. They gave me a good idea of how things run here.

"Clean, recent-built facility with friendly staff, meals and barber."
This place is pretty new and really clean. The people working here seem nice. If you can move around easily, the layout is okay but could be a hard for my dad based on the room he gets. You can get meals here, even a haircut, and they have some groceries too.
