"Great care and cleanliness, with minor initial issue resolved."
Overall, our family's experience has been great. Every time we visit, the staff is friendly and helpful. The community is very clean, and we are extremely impressed. The meals and dining service seem really good, and our loved one enjoys the food. The activities are a bit limited, but they are starting to increase. We had a problem at first when they missed giving our loved one insulin shots for a couple of weeks. However, that issue is now resolved, and they are on top of everything.

"Beautiful Facility, But Lacks Adequate Care and Support"
We faced some issues with cleanliness in my family members' room. The cleaning staff didn't come around often, leading to a buildup of mess. The shared areas in the home were okay, but my relatives were mostly left to manage their own rooms. The staff I met were friendly, though most of our communication was over the phone. The nurses were generally good, kind, and tried their best. There was one who wasn't up to par, but the director took care of that. The director herself was very kind and pleasant, but it seemed like she had too much on her plate. She had a big responsibility and not enough support. There was a lot of staff changes, especially among the nurses. After my relatives were hospitalized, the director wanted them to stay, and we agreed. However, she couldn't provide all the care they needed. It seemed too much for her, even though she was really good at her job. The receptionist was very welcoming. They did a good job keeping Covid out. There were some positives, and the staff were great, but overall, we were let down. It was expensive, and they couldn't provide the help we needed. It might be a good fit if you have a lot of money (they do accept Medicaid), and if you don't need much care and can mostly take care of yourself. They delivered meals to my 90-year-old relative in a styrofoam box and expected him to serve it to his wife. They'll bring your medication on time, but it's a lot of money for just that. They were slow to respond to requests, including the call buttons the residents wore. I think it's because they're overworked. It's a tough job, I get it. But we expected more. My relatives didn't really like the food, and there weren't many activities because of the pandemic. I wouldn't want to give them a bad review if your loved one just needs a bit of help with medication and is otherwise active and independent. I just don't think this was the right place for my relatives from the start. Heritage Woods was initially unsure about accepting them, but eventually, they said they'd give it a try. I wish things had gone better. It's not a bad place, so I'd suggest it for seniors who can mostly take care of themselves. It's a beautiful place, both inside and out. It was very attractive. I just wish things had turned out differently.

"Well-Cared Community with Room for Seating Improvement"
Everything is going well for my mom here. The staff is caring and attentive. The place is well-kept, offers activities, and serves good meals. Mom's happy overall, though not thrilled with the seating. I feel confident she's in good hands and would recommend it.

"Caring Concerns at Agnes Wolf Assisted Living"
The staff seems very caring, but I noticed one person who shouldn't be there. I live in California, and my brother visits often since he lives just two miles away. They're quick to address concerns.

"A Mixed Experience at Assisted Living"
Nice place! The dining room is really nice, and they have set schedules for lunch and dinner. Residents can do their own laundry or have it done for them. The rooms are pleasant, and there's a reading room with bookshelves and a game area featuring Wii. They also have activity rooms for cards, puzzles, and more. Residents need to keep an eye on their sugar levels, and they're responsible for their own injections. Medicines can be provided. After describing a potential resident, they suggested that assisted living might not be the best fit right now—maybe later. I didn't see much interaction between residents and staff, and what I did see seemed a bit artificial. The tour was led by the director.
