"Heritage Woods Only Cares About Money, Not Patients"
I wish zero star ratings were an option. My aunt was in the hospital and all the people in charge at Heritage Woods kept doing was reminding her about the large amount of money she still had to pay. On the other hand, my dad was staying in a different assisted living center. Right now, he's in the hospital too. Unlike Heritage Woods, his assisted living home returned his rent check back to him. They didn't think it was right to ask him for money while he was hospitalized. The difference between the two places is really noticeable. It's clear that Heritage Woods only cares about money and nothing else. I'd advise you to cross this place off your list.

"Inattentive Assisted Living Facility Dismisses Residents' Needs"
The folks at this assisted living facility seemingly disregard their residents, sadly letting them just sit idly for up to an hour after breakfast. When my aunt got gravely sick and had to be admitted in the hospital, I took it upon myself to inform Heritage Woods office about her predicament on that Sunday. Shockingly, the staff did not reach out to me about my aunt until Wednesday. The only reason they called was to discuss about her dwindling finances and to figure out what to do with her stuff. Frankly speaking, I wouldn't consider this place suitable even for my pet dog. It's evident that caring about their residents isn't a priority for the business office crew at this assisted living facility.

"A Clean and Friendly Community"
The staff I met were nice and helpful. The place looked clean, and they offer good amenities. However, there's a waiting list, and we needed something sooner.

"Disappointing Assisted Living Facility Neglects Resident Well-being"
I didn't like this place much. When I visited for a tour, I felt worried. They weren't friendly to the residents, even while I was there. I'm a nurse practitioner, and some of my patients mentioned they weren't treated nicely there. When I went to see for myself, I understood what they meant. The staff's rude behavior and bossy attitude made me rate them only two stars.

"Disturbing Assisted Living Experience: Mean and Bossy"
This place made me nervous. Even when I was taking a tour, they weren't kind to the people living there. As a nurse practitioner, I've heard from my patients about how mean they can be, and my visit confirmed that. Their mean behavior and bossy attitudes made me rate them a 2.
