"Assisted Living Staff Cares; Move-in Communication Needs Improvement"
In this assisted living facility, many long-term employees genuinely care about residents. The move-in process lacked coordination and clear communication to residents, but friendly staff resolved issues with family involvement advised.

"Community Tour Falls Short"
Our family visited in person, and it was okay, but the community didn't interest us.

"Great Staff, Confusing Process"
The costs to join any of the local communities are really high, which seems crazy to me. I like Lexington, but when I moved in, the person I spoke to ended up leaving for another job. They didn't explain how to switch from independent living to assisted living or memory care. Now, it's tough to get the information I need. On the bright side, the front desk staff is amazing.

"Lexington of Lombard: Safe, Friendly, Good Food, Outdoor Space"
I really like Lexington of Lombard. They're so helpful and nice. My mom feels safe there, gets lots of attention. Food is good. They have some outdoor space.
