"Friendly and Supportive Staff; Accommodating Services"
The staff at the assisted living facility have been really helpful. [name removed] is nice and gets things done quickly. [name removed] always answers our questions right away. The maintenance team has helped us many times. They are always friendly. I can’t remember everyone's names, but my mom does. The restaurant staff has also been really nice and helpful.

"Assisted Living Facility Fails to Meet Expectations"
This place isn't as good as it used to be. My friends say their loved ones don't get good care there.

"Good option for social seniors needing assistance; responsive staff."
We've only used the assisted living part of this place. It's good for people who need some extra help but still want to be around others. The staff are pretty quick to answer any questions or worries we have about our family member.

"Poor Care at Assisted Living, Only Interested In Your Money"
I wish I never moved Mom to the Assisted Living floor from her old place. She was supposed to get round-the-clock help. Mom can't hear or see well, so us kids can't talk to her on the phone. The people at Lexington don't even show her how to use the AC. Because of this COVID-19, they won't let my sister go in to help. Mom cries every night and we're trying to find a way to bring her home. Don't take your mom there. They only care about your money.

"Avoid This Facility: Unskilled Staff, Poor Treatment of Residents"
Avoid bringing any loved ones to this terrible facility. Even though it may appear lovely, the management is the worst I've ever encountered. Moreover, the Certified Nursing Assistants treat residents terribly.

"Terribly Upset with Lexington of Elmhurst's Inadequate Medical Care"
Extremely upset with the subpar medical care at Lexington of Elmhurst. My mom was admitted and had to wait more than three weeks to see a doctor after her admission. We specifically asked for and were reassured about getting podiatry services in February, but no podiatrist visited her in either February or April. She developed multiple pressure sores on her foot, which resulted in a trip to the ER and missed doctor’s appointment. The visit to the ER involved surgical cleaning of the sores and a recommendation of wound care and two systemic antibiotics. My sister went to Lexington to see the wound care provider at 8 am who never showed up, after waiting for 1.5 hours, she complained to the management. Eventually, the director arranged for a different service to provide wound care. The medical care is horrifying, especially for $6100.00 per month.

"Mom Thriving in Safe, Responsive Community"
This place is really nice, and my mom is doing great since moving here. I feel good knowing she's safe and taken care of. The people who work here are nice, and they always listen when I have a concern. There are fun things for the residents to do, and my mom likes the food most of the time. Our family is happy with this place so far, and I would tell others to check it out.

"Happy with Lexington Square after 2 months"
I waited to write a review of Lexington Square in Elmhurst until my mom had been there for over 2 months. The most important thing is that my mom likes it there. Her apartment is a good size and was almost completely remodeled for her. Because of an injury, she hasn't joined in the many activities yet, but she will soon. The residents are friendly, and she's starting to make friends. Our family is impressed with how clean the place is and the positive attitude of both the residents and staff. We've had nice conversations with people in the elevators, and we haven't met any grumpy folks. Just like my mom, we find the residents very friendly and willing to chat. I've asked several residents how they like Lexington, and they've all been positive. I've been in my mom's room when maintenance people came in, and they were very helpful. We also rented one of the guest rooms, and both my mom and I thought it was nice. So, after more than 2 months at Lexington Square, both my mom and our family are very happy with our choice.
