"Carriage Crossing"
Our time at Carriage Crossing has been good. The staff is friendly and helpful. I think my mom is safe there. They fix any problems that come up. The meals are okay but could be better. My mom doesn’t do many activities and they respect that.

"Excellent Care Facility with Responsive Staff and Hospice Cooperation"
I enjoyed the facility, it was excellent. Overall, I would suggest it for others' loved ones. The staff were responsive to our questions and concerns about our loved one. They cooperated well with hospice.

"Day care service"
While searching for a place for my mom, I picked this spot because of their day care program. It’s been great for her to socialize. She’s making friends here. The only issue I found is about their food rules. Most older folks eat less, but my mom can’t stop eating. I wish they’d watch her diet. The facility is clean, and they do laundry twice a week. The food isn’t amazing—more like school cafeteria fare. They have a set menu that changes, but it lacks freshness. Activities are limited, and I wish they’d share updates online. They bring in bands, choirs, and offer church services. Plus, there’s a van for ice cream trips.

"Great staff, decent food, clean place, lots of activities!"
My wife gets along with the staff. They seem trained well enough. The food is just okay, I'd say it's a 3 out of 5. The place is kept clean, which is good. I'd suggest it to others. They have plenty of activities to do every day.

"Great for dementia care, cozy environment, felt like home."
We checked this place out, it was one of my favorites. It's just for folks with dementia, and it's smaller and more open than the other place we liked. The other spot felt more like what we're used to. Here was more like a room than a tiny apartment.
