Overall, they did a pretty good job. They followed through on their promises for my loved one. They were good at keeping in touch with us. The food wasn’t his favorite, but they always had other options. When we moved in, they cleaned the room, but the carpets were left untouched. They were reliable with his medicine, but sometimes there were long waits due to limited staff.
