"Disappointing furniture, unwanted roommate, small and dark room"

I was totally grossed out. The furniture was ancient, dim, grimy, and looked dirty. They mentioned my family member might have to share a room, something we absolutely didn't want. The room itself was tiny and poorly lit. The only item my family member could take along was their power recliner.
