"Disappointing Assisted Living Facility with Dated Accommodations"
The tour of Plum Creek was really bad. The place is super old and not kept up well. It used to be a hotel, so the rooms feel like old, beat-up hotel rooms. We weren't happy with what we saw.

"Mixed Experience at Assisted Living Facility"
Some folks aren’t very friendly to the elderly, and they should work on that. On the bright side, the residents are friendly, which is a good thing. Repairs have been slow, though. There’s a lot of staff turnover among the CNAs, and that needs improvement. I’d like to give kudos to the nursing staff, director, activities team, and front desk staff.

"Affordable, redecorated facility with great food and lively activities post-COVID."
I work in senior living. This place is affordable and nice. They recently redid the lobby and cafe, which looks great. The food is surprisingly good. Activities like bingo and Wii bowling are back after COVID. A great choice for budget-conscious semi-independent seniors.

"Headline: "Assisted Living Facility Restricts Freedom, Offers Poor Services""
Residents are seemingly denied their freedom of movement in this facility. The management and staff seem to advise relatives that residents can't leave their apartments, though others have mentioned otherwise. I had conversations with a couple of individuals a week prior who said that while they'd prefer residents stay in their apartments, there's no strict rule against leaving. I spoke to the nurse last Saturday, who wrongly said our grandmother couldn't leave her apartment. Moreover, reaching the administrator is a major problem as she tends to leave every day before 2 PM and apparently deals with numerous family emergencies. If you're thinking of contacting her, save your breath. The only beneficial aspect of this facility is my grandmother's apartment. Apart from that, the entire establishment seems rundown and understaffed. The food isn't up to standard, and the nurses come off as unapproachable and unhelpful. Considering the amount they charge, I'd recommend you consider other options for your loved ones' care.

"High Prices for a Run-Down Facility with Poor Nursing Staff"
I really feel bad for those who live here. Though the place seems friendly, you can't overlook how shabby, smelly, and worn out the building is. The hallways have dirty, odd, old carpets, and even the doors look unclean. Given the amount they charge when you pay privately, the furniture is in terrible condition. Don't be deceived by the photos. Most importantly, the nurses are not up to par, unprofessional and under-qualified. They like to claim the residents are "independent", but sadly many of them clearly need nursing home care. My aunt enjoyed the company of the CNAs who actually paid attention.

"Abysmal Conditions and Incompetent Staff at Assisted Living Facility"
It's upsetting to see the conditions at this assisted living facility. Yes, there's a pleasant vibe, but the worn out, dimly lit, foul-smelling surroundings are hard to overlook. The hallways are clad in misshapen, dirty, old carpet, and residents' doors are filthy. When you factor in the high costs especially for private rooms, the torn, unappealing furniture is inexcusable. Don't be deceived by their advertising photos. But what hurts most is the nursing staff's performance – they're inadequate, unprofessional, and lacking expertise. They insist residents are "independent", yet it's clear, many require a more comprehensive care environment. The only positives were the attentive CNAs who my aunt appreciated.

"Severe Lack of Professionalism and Care at Assisted Living Home"
This facility is terrible. The nurses, CNAs, and onsite doctor are all extremely unprofessional. I wouldn't trust them to provide proper care or handle medication responsibly. There's no warmth or empathy from them. I don't suggest choosing this place for supportive living. Beyond laundry and cleaning apartments, their support is shockingly lacking.

"Inadequate Care and Trustworthiness at Assisted Living Facility"
This facility is not up to standard. The nurses, certified nursing assistants, and the doctor who visits are completely unprofessional and cannot be relied on to deliver care or correctly provide and prescribe medicine. They lack empathy and genuine care. I would not suggest this place for supportive living. Their handling of supportive tasks is extremely poor, with the exception of laundry and cleaning services.
