"Paid a Full Month for One Week: Disappointing Facility"
I shelled out for a month, but because of coronavirus, they kept my family member locked in her room. She was only there for a week before she ended up back in the hospital. Despite this, the facility still made me pay for the full month and refused to cut down the charge to just cover the week she was there. Nobody bothered to remind my family member about doing her day-to-day activities.

"Rushed, Inadequate Tour Experience!"
I took a walk-through of Prairie Winds of Urbana. I wasn't wowed. It felt like the guide was rushing me out, not giving me a full tour. He seemed impatient and I felt like I was inconveniencing him. The space was neat and tidy, but because the tour was brief, I couldn't figure much out.

I liked this place even more than Cantebury. Although they didn't have any openings at the time, I asked to put my mom on the waiting list.
