"Great Assisted Living Experience for Mom!"
The experience here has been mostly good. We had a bit of confusion with the phone, like not knowing if long-distance calls were free. There were some mixed messages, but everything got sorted out in the end. The staff has been super helpful, friendly, and nice to us. My mom is really happy and can do things on her own! She always finds something to do outside her room, even if it's just taking a walk. It's awesome to see her so happy and busy!

"Brighter, Spacious Assisted Living Wins!"
Our family visited Ascension Living in person. It's an older place, but cleaner and brighter than . It was a close call, but won because it's newer, sunnier, and more spacious.

"Mixed Experience at Assisted Living Facility"
The food here isn't great. It's either overcooked or undercooked, and the veggies are always mushy. My family member hasn't joined in any activities. Some staff are helpful, but not many. The other residents are friendly, though. We didn't have hot water for a few days. They don't have enough staff, and they keep changing the boss. The building has nice features, though.

"Disappointing Experience with Assisted Living Facility"
We chose this place because it came recommended. But for the first six weeks, things were frustratingly slow, and issues weren't resolved. Eventually, we had to move our loved one out. They were trying to make improvements when we left. At the start, there were a lot of changes happening, with old staff leaving and new ones coming in. Many of the needs of the residents weren't being met. Maybe they've sorted everything out now, but we didn't want to wait and see if things got better.

Our family took a tour, and we think the place was recently bought, so they will spend a lot of money on upgrades. They had many things we needed, but the community is very spread out. The walking distance to and from places inside is just too far.

My Dad lives in Independent Living. They're easy to work with and treat residents respectfully. Many services and amenities are offered. The food is good. They've kept people safe during Covid-19 and informed families well.

I visited this place, and it was pretty nice for an older building. The rooms were small, and it seemed more suited for independent living, but my dad needed more care and staff around. They answered all my questions and were helpful. The people who lived there seemed happy. It just wasn't the right fit for my dad.

My mom and I got to see this place pretty well. The people there were really nice and super friendly. The place itself looked pretty decent and well-kept. They talked to us, answered our questions, and gave us plenty of info. Overall, it was a pretty good visit. But ultimately, my mom chose a different place.

I went on a tour of this place, and it was pretty good. The people who work there were nice and they paid attention to me. The person who showed me around knew a lot about what they offer here, like things to do and what you get. It was all clean and in order. Plus, they like pets here, and they have good food plans for the folks who live there.

I visited this nice community, and the tour was good. Everything looked neat and tidy. The people I met were nice and helpful. They told me a lot and answered my questions. But they couldn't give my mom the care she needs. It was a nice tour, but it's not the right place for my mom.

My mom is really happy living at Bethlehem Woods. She’s made lots of new friends, enjoys many activities, and can walk inside to church every day. We wish we had moved her here 5 years ago.

"Assisted Living Facility Review: Friendly Staff, Clean Spaces, and Activities"
I visited this assisted living place to check out my options. The person in charge was really nice, knew a lot, and took time to help me. The place was super clean and everything looked well-maintained. People living there were always up and about, with plenty of fun things to do. The apartments were cozy but had enough room, especially the closets and bathrooms. They had lots of common areas, and we could use the big ones in the middle too. Everyone who worked there was friendly and always busy. It's a really great place to consider.
