Sometimes, The Grand Regency needed to fix a few things, but they listen and care about our concerns. It takes time for them to understand what each resident needs. Remember, if you don’t speak up, they won’t know there’s a problem.

"Assisted Living Needs Improvement on Special Dietary Inclusion"
My loved one can't have lactose. The Grand Regency makes me buy and bring his lactose-free milk. I feel his diet should be covered in his monthly fee.

"Wait times, lack of communication, and rude management disappoint."
I think you should try finding another place for your loved one. Sometimes I have to wait for days just to talk to someone about how my loved one is doing. And the medical staff doesn't keep me updated either, so I had to hire a nurse from outside to take care of them. The boss of the whole place has been really rude. He's sarcastic and the way he talks to families surprised me. But from the finance department have been helpful to deal with.

This place isn’t fancy, but it’s a good, reliable home for your loved one. Everyone is helpful, and they listen to my mom. The tour was great—they answered all my questions.
