"Assisted Living Review: Understaffed, Dedicated Caregivers, Lacking Recognition"

While staying at Snyder, I noticed the hard work and kindness of the CNAs. However, there aren't enough of them, and they aren't appreciated for their efforts. Many have left, which is sad and harmful to the patients. The administration, who are too numerous, need to step up their game. It's concerning to witness.
