"Mixed Feelings on Assisted Living Facility"
The top worker, whose name I won’t say, was amazing at showing us around and was super nice and professional. The people at the front desk were also really kind. But talking to each other inside the place was a mess. We had a hard time getting my dad’s food right—they kept messing up his pureed meals, leaving him with stuff he couldn’t eat. It was really bad. I spent months trying to get his billing sorted out. No one would call me back or talk to me. If I didn’t keep asking questions, we would have paid way too much money. The place looked nice and clean, but it felt like there were groups that didn’t include everyone, and my dad didn’t feel welcome by the other people living there. The nurses were awesome and worked super hard. But there were so many new staff all the time, my dad felt lost and didn’t know them (he’d ask about his medicine and they didn’t know). Our family didn’t have a good time there.

"Mixed Experience at Story Point Libertyville"
The staff at Story Point Libertyville was really nice, but the facility had some problems. I remember the plumbing being a big issue. Overall, my mom wouldn't recommend it.

"Friendly Assisted Living with Church Affiliation"
I had a nice time there. The staff was friendly, and it's a good community. I picked it because it's close to my church. I'd suggest it to others.

"Mixed Experience at Story Point Assisted Living"
This place, Story Point, was alright, I guess. The staff were nice enough, but sometimes it took them a while to respond when I needed help. The food was decent, nothing too special. The activities were okay, but there weren't enough of them, and some seemed kinda boring. The rooms were clean, but kinda small. Overall, it was okay, but nothing amazing.

"StoryPoint Libertyville Review"
In StoryPoint Libertyville, my loved one was unhappy. The activities felt more suited for toddlers than adults. They failed on multiple fronts: delayed paperwork, unprepared rooms, water and air conditioning issues, dim lights, and a pervasive smell from a nearby water reclamation plant. The food was subpar, and residents shouldn't have to get used to it. The turnover of staff added to the disappointment
