"Assisted Living Facility Fails Stroke Patient; Provides Insufficient Care"
My long-time friend used to love this place until she had a stroke and became paralyzed. She had to move to the assisted living area and it was a total mess. There's just not enough staff to provide the help needed. We ended up having to get our own caregivers, outside of The Clare, and they've been fighting us on it. This has been a really upsetting experience. If there isn't someone who can stand up for your loved one here, they won't offer any help. They'll just wait until your loved one passes away so that they can have the room back. This whole thing has been really heartbreaking.

"Mixed Review for Urban Assisted Living"
In the Gold Coast neighborhood, secure but not ideal for memory care. Shared suite with dark, cramped dining area. Expensive and urban. Assisted living unexplored, but suitable for those without memory care needs.

"A Downtown Highrise with Fees"
We visited this place but found out it's not right for our family member. You have to pay a fee just to get in, which we didn't like. Plus, it's a tall building in downtown Chicago, which wasn't what we were looking for. We wanted something more suburban.
