The staff genuinely tried but they simply didn't have enough people. Cobwebs were consistently present and my grandmother often remarked that it took too long to receive assistance. Attempting to resolve problems with the head office has been nothing short of a nightmare. This large corporation functions according to its own agenda and treats people however they please, using the excuse 'we do this all the time.'
