"Assisted Living Falls Short on Services and Employee Support"
The place doesn't have enough workers to do what they said they would. They're supposed to have DTV, but there are only 47 channels. You can't even record shows or pause them. The food tastes bad. They're supposed to pick up the trash every day, but they often forget. The workers are nice, even though they don't get paid much.

"Mixed Feelings About Assisted Living Facility"
The hallways need to be cleaner, and sometimes they forget to clean the rooms. The food isn't consistent, and I'm disappointed with its freshness and lack of tasteful, balanced meals. However, we do like the location and the newer building doesn't feel like a 'nursing home.

"Spacious, clean apartments with great activities and outdoor space"
I like the apartment size and storage space. It's clean, and I feel safe knowing I can get help fast if I need it. There are different activities that residents enjoy. There's a lovely outdoor space where you can rock, swing, visit, park your car if you drive, and walk around.

"Mixed Review: Nice Living Environment, Food Needs Improvement"
It's a nice place to live, except for the food, which needs improvement.

"Great Staff, Clean Facility, Fun Activities, Good Food, Nice Residents"
I have lived here for a while. The staff is friendly and always ready to help. The place is clean, and there are many activities to do. The food is good, and I enjoy the company of other residents. Overall, it's a great place to live.

"Food Menu Frustration"
We love our apartment—it fits our family treasures and has enough storage. After three years here, we’ve made many friends among the residents. However, there’s one issue: the food menu is now standardized and repeats every five weeks. Unfortunately, it’s heavy on starch and lacks flavor.

"Mixed Feelings on Care, Hopeful for More Engagement"
For the most part, our family has been quite satisfied with her care at the assisted living facility. Sometimes, though, it seems like there aren't enough staff, and the care isn't as good as we'd like. We're especially worried about the care on weekends. Even simple things like cleaning the food off her face, clothes, and wheelchair are sometimes overlooked. We know she can be challenging, and we appreciate everything you do for her. I wish she could join in more activities, but I understand she usually isn't interested.
