"Great place with some staff and food issues"
The place is very clean and has a good atmosphere. There have been some staff changes in the last two months. I think they're just going through some growing pains, which is normal. It's still a great place and the residents' needs are being met. They just have to get through this transition period. It seems like they're starting to work it out. The food has been up and down because of this. It used to be great, but now it's hit or miss. This is likely due to staff and supply shortages like everywhere else. They really do cater well to residents' needs. Communication with families could be better in some areas. The nurses are great at communicating, but the billing and finance department could improve. Overall, this place is a good fit. I would recommend it to family and friends.

"Helpful Staff, Fine Place"
A young man who works there helped us unload and move a piano. I really appreciated his willingness to help. Other than that, Woodridge is a fine place.

"Amanda's Absence Spoils Planned Visit"
Amanda wasn't around when I visited. The other employees offered to show me around, but I said no. I was really annoyed and mad that things didn't happen like they were supposed to.
