"Nice but Large: Consider for Active Residents, Pricey for Some"
I visited The Sheridan at Park Ridge and it looked really nice. The facility was quite large and more costly. It might suit a very social or active person, but not my mom.

"Nice place, though a bit farther from home."
The Sheridan at Park Ridge was a bit farther from my home, but I liked it. It seemed nice and similar to where she is now.

"Mixed Feelings: Nice Community but Pricey and Small Rooms"
The community seemed nice, but too open and glamorous for my mom. The studio room was small for the price paid, not enough value. The charges varied, unsure if within our budget.

"Beautiful facility with friendly staff, but too expensive for stay."
My loved one stayed there briefly, but it cost too much. The place was pretty, and the people were really nice.

"Friendly Care with a Price Tag"
The place is like a fancy hotel, super clean, and smells good. But it's pricey. Staff are friendly, treat residents like family, and provide good care. Sometimes there's a little wait for help. Overall, it's pretty good.

"Assisted Living Facility Review: Great Memory Care Options, Convenient Location"
Really like that they offer 3 levels of memory care. Also, good for visits.

"Negligent care, unexpected charges, and dishonest practices warned against"
This is more of a warning for other families. Please, don't allow your family member to endure the terrible neglect and disrespect they'll surely face at this place. There are a few good employees, but most of them, especially [name], have no business in a caring position. Already, deciding for loved ones is tough enough without dealing with such an unsympathetic, unprofessional, rude woman who runs this place. Expect unpredictable expenses and accusations that nobody will clarify for you. And, brace yourself for having personal things stolen from your family's apartment, only to be faced with outright lies and accusations of dishonesty. I can't urge people enough to avoid this assisted living place, especially if [name] still runs it.

"Unmet Promises and Falls: Mixed Experience at Assisted Living"
They didn't do what they said they would. We were promised everything would be taken care of, but that didn't happen. Suddenly, they told me my loved one needed 24-hour nursing care, even though they initially said she'd be the most independent resident. She also had multiple falls, and I didn't think the staff were qualified.
