"Disorganized and Impersonal Staff at Assisted Living Facility"
The administrative staff is very impersonal and unorganized, especially between the nursing and health staff. The dining room is much less nice and more chaotic than what we were told when we first came to the facility. It's so disorganized that several residents, including my father, choose not to go there for dinner at all.

"Timbers: Where I Belong!"
Whenever someone says my name, I feel like I'm in the right place. I have friends to chat with and fun activities to do. The Christmas Day celebration with Santa was super special. Unlike other times, my nephew loved it and we even watched 'Super Pets' together while snacking on popcorn. At Timbers, I get to choose where I eat—downstairs, upstairs, or cook something myself.
