"Employees Neglect Residents for Outside Breaks"
The facility is tidy and usually runs without a hitch, but there are some workers who'd seemingly rather hang out and chat or smoke outside than pay attention to the people living there.

"Caring Community with Room for Improvement"
The staff at this assisted living facility were friendly and helpful. The tour went well, and we appreciated the variety of activities available for residents. However, they didn't provide the specific care my mom needed.
