"Poor Management and Misplaced Priorities in Assisted Living Facility"
This place has really bad leadership since the business changed hands. It's like nobody wants to work and they put the wrong things first. The people in charge need to step up, especially when they're supposed to be a 'care facility'.

"Review: Assisted living facility allows unauthorized occupants. Unsettling!"
I'm stunned to find out that folks at this assisted living home can actually bring in people to live with them, regardless if they're on the lease or not. Isn't that supposed to be against the law and, like, totally breaking lease rules? I can't imagine letting my loved ones stay here. It just doesn’t seem right that anybody can wander in and stay with the residents for as long as they like, whenever they want.

"Poor management and bug infestation at this facility."
The bosses here aren't great. She seems clueless about her work. I've spotted cockroaches.

"Decent Facilities, But Unhelpful Staff And Long Move-In Process"
I visited Victory Center and thought it was pretty decent. But, the process of moving there took way too long. I didn't like how indifferent the staff were, especially after they found out we were on Medicaid. It felt like they didn't want to deal with the extra paperwork.

"Friendly Assisted Living with Some Hiccups"
The move to Victory Centre of Park Forest has been a bit tough, but it’s improving. My mom had trouble walking to the dining room alone, but they’ll check on her. The only issue was forgetting her blood work, but we got it back on track. Everyone is friendly, her apartment is nice, and the place is clean. Meals seem fine.

"Settling in at Victory Centre: Some bumps, overall positive experience"
The move to the Victory Centre of Park Forest has been a bit challenging, but things are improving. My mom had trouble walking to the dining room alone, but they're arranging for a CNA to assist her. We had a hiccup when they forgot my mom's blood work, but after I talked to them, they got back on track. Everyone here is really nice, and my mom enjoys her apartment and the friendly atmosphere. The community and her place are always clean, and the meals seem decent.

"Assisted Living Review: Clean, Safe, and Convenient Community with Good Meals"
My loved one lives at Victory Centre of Park Forest. The place is always clean and neat. The food they serve is good. They feel safe here. One thing they really like is having a church right inside the community, so they don't have to walk or drive far.

"Crowded Dining, Unwelcoming Atmosphere"
This place felt really busy. The dining room was the tiniest compared to others we visited. Lots of folks were wandering the halls. I didn't bother checking out the rooms because I got bad vibes right away.

"Packed Facility with Tiny Dining Room"
This place felt pretty packed. Out of the four spaces we visited, it definitely had the tiniest dining area. Lots of people were just loitering in the halls and honestly, the vibe wasn't good, so I didn't even bother to peek at the rooms.
