Villa St. Benedict a CCRC

"Cozy Assisted Living with Great Food Smells!"
St. Benedict has plenty of room, but not many residents. They train interns from the nearby college for nursing and cooking. The community runs a co-op, but the villas aren’t suitable for my mom due to mobility issues. They do have a happy hour, and the food smells amazing.

"Welcoming community with strong values and beautiful surroundings"
This is a wonderful place for us to live. It's a Catholic-sponsored community that made us Presbyterians feel very welcome. We were drawn to their core values: Hospitality (a warm and friendly atmosphere), Respect (thoughtfulness and compassion), Stewardship (wise management of community resources), and Justice (fairness and dignity in all relationships). The community is set on a lovely, rolling site that used to be a successful farm. Our house is at the end of our street, next to some woods.
