"Disappointing service at expensive assisted living facility."
My mom or dad has been living there for almost a year now. We always have to ask them to clean their room. The food is just not good, it's not even right for old people or anyone really. We were promised meals would be home cooked, but my parent can barely eat anything the place serves. I even saw pudding just thrown onto a plate in the room. Considering we're paying almost $3000 every month, you'd think the food, cleanliness, and workers would be better. People working here seem to leave all the time and it's noticeable. I wouldn't choose this place again. They realize how hard it is to move an old person. So please, be warned.

"Warm and welcoming place with great care and activities"
If you want a warm and welcoming place to retire, this is it! When you enter the Villa of Hollybrook in Harrisburg, Illinois, you immediately feel at home. From the friendly receptionist to the residents, everyone makes you feel welcome. They offer fun activities like playing pool, a café, patios, and an amazing view right from your back door. There's also a beautiful koi fish pond. The meals are homemade with care and love. The quality of care here is outstanding. You should definitely check out this lovely place. Even if you just take a tour, you won’t be disappointed! Our residents even have their own theater. Come see how wonderful this community is for yourself!

"Great new community with room to grow!"
This is a newer place and they’re still figuring some things out. They’re working on having a nurse available all the time. The food is okay, but it depends on who’s cooking. I think they should improve the menu. I’d live here and suggest it to others. My mom likes the activities they have now.
