"Poor Experience at Assisted Living Facility"
Don't be fooled by the nice surroundings. This place is a letdown! The cleaning isn't good, and they keep changing the people in charge. The food is bad, sometimes just sandwiches. The activities are boring and not right for our age group. And the owner is rude when you ask questions. For almost $4,000 a month, our loved ones deserve better. Don't fall for it!

"Letdown: Poor Upkeep and Staffing, Uninviting Food and Activities"
Don't let the nice views trick you. It's such a letdown! The place is not clean, and they can't seem to keep a stable team of managers, nurses, or staff. They frequently fire good people and keep the bad ones. The food's not great, often just sandwiches for most meals. They don't have a lot of fun activities planned in their recreation room. Sometimes, the events they do have aren't even suitable for the residents' ages or interests. They also don't take care of us on trips outside. On top of all this, the boss always gives snarky responses when asked about any issue or problem. Considering that it costs around $4,000 a month, don't you think your family members ought to get more? Don't let them trick you.

"Parents Moved After Unkept Promises of Care"
When we decided to move our parents to this place, they made a lot of promises about the level of care they could provide. However, it quickly became clear to us that they weren't able to meet those promises. We ended up moving our parents elsewhere. My advice to anyone considering this facility is to research thoroughly before making a decision.

"Unsanitary Conditions and Poor Care at Morton Villas"
When I first saw Morton Villas at Holly Brook, I thought it looked good. But once I checked it out more, it really wasn't. The only good thing here are the hard-working CNAs. The bad things way outnumber the good. It's not always clean, and sometimes the people living there aren't looked after right. I wouldn't suggest letting someone you care about live here.

"Dissatisfied with Cleanliness and Care at Morton Villas"
Morton Villas of Holly Brook looked good initially. But, when I looked closely, it wasn't that great. The best thing there is the hardworking CNA's. However, the negatives definitely overpower the positives. The place isn't consistently clean, and the residents' care isn't always good. I suggest not having your family member live here.

"Mixed feelings about assisted living due to smoking restrictions"
We visited this place while searching for options. It seemed nice and we were interested. However, since my loved one smokes, it wasn't very convenient or easy for them to go outside for a smoke. Apart from that, we still thought it was a good place.

"Overall positive experience."
When we visited, it seemed nice overall. However, my loved one's smoking habit made it inconvenient for them to step outside. Still, we had a positive impression of the place.
