"Caring Staff Makes Elderly Residents Feel at Home"
I often visit my elderly cousin at the villa and I am impressed by how friendly, caring, and compassionate most of the staff are. They work hard to make the residents' lives there as pleasant as they can. I really value their efforts.

"Residents are happy and content—Villas is a great place"
I've visited the Villas many times. Every time, I saw that the residents were happy, satisfied, and had no complaints. To judge the quality of an assisted living place, I think it's important to see how the residents act. Everyone I met there seemed comfortable, content, and happy to see us. This makes me believe the facility is a good one.

"Loved One's Privacy Violated at Living Facility"
At the time my mom was residing in this facility, an employee shockingly took a photo of her IN THE SHOWER and dared to post it on Snapchat. This alarming incident was kept hidden from me until a friend revealed it. This place is shameful to consider for your loved one!!!

"False Promises and Poor Care At Assisted Living Facility"
The management made us believe that they could handle all of our Mom's needs, but it turned out they could not deliver. The support staff didn't seem to care, barely spoke to us, and lacked proper training. This place offers only the bare minimum of care, don't you dare ask for anything more than that.

"Promised Care Unfulfilled at Minimal-Assistance Facility"
We were promised by those in charge that they could handle all of the care requirements for our Mom. The sad reality was that they just couldn't and didn't. The helpers were uncaring, not forthcoming, and lacking proper training. It's clear they only provide basic care in this assisted living center, don't even think about asking for anything extra.

"Absolutely Horrendous Care for Mother-In-Law at Assisted Living Facility"
My mother-in-law was only a resident here for a very brief period, thankfully. When she arrived, it was discovered she had C-diff and the staff thereafter treated her quite poorly. When given meals, they simply handed her a tray and quickly exited the room. She repeatedly requested milk for her oatmeal and syrup for her pancakes, but these basic needs went unmet. Her garbage can was always filled to the brim, and would only be emptied upon our specific request, typically taking them multiple days to follow through. After she was finally removed from quarantine, she was re-diagnosed with C-diff within a day. Her visiting nurse performed her daily assessment and alerted us to the unacceptable level of filth in her bathroom, even indicating dried fecal matter on the floor. We reported this to the facility's management, but instead of improving her situation, they seemingly made it worse. It's a relief we managed to get her out of there. In summary, this facility is dreadfully unclean, with an uncaring staff and even worse management.

"Facility's neglect and unhygienic conditions become a nightmare"
My mother-in-law was unfortunately a resident in this facility for only a brief period. Unfortunately, upon arrival, she was diagnosed with C-diff. After this diagnosis, the staff members started treating her differently, nearly neglecting her needs. They would simply leave her food tray and hastily exit the room. Simple requests like milk for her breakfast were ignored and forgotten. Overflowing garbage was not removed until we requested it and even then they took several days. A day after she was released from quarantine, C-diff was detected again. Whenever her nurse came for a routine check, the hygienic conditions were so horrific that dried excrement was spotted on the floor. Reporting this to management only led to worse treatment. We're grateful to have eventually removed her from such an unhygienic and uncaring environment. The unsanitary conditions of the facility were shocking. The apathy of the staff was disheartening and the management was even more so'. .

"Poor Management and Staff at this Assisted Living Facility"
Who hired these managers? So far, it's just laughable. And the staff is hardly any better. No one seems to give a hoot. The owners have been told, but nothing's different. I'd suggest checking out other places. If it had good managers, it could be amazing for older folks.

"Facility's Management and Staff Disappoint; Need for Improvement"
Who hires this facility's management team? So far, they've been laughably ineffective. Their staff is barely any better. It's like they just don't care. Even after contacting the owners, nothing has improved. I'd suggest exploring other options. If only they had competent leadership, this place could truly serve seniors well.
