"Responsive Care and Creative Activities for Memory Care Residents"
They are quick to adjust care as needed. The activities coordinator is creative, especially for memory care.

" "Wesley Willows Fails to Provide as Promised, Lacks Care & Compassion""
Our mom stays at this place. They say they'll do so much for her, but they don't really. Their flyer talks about fancy meals, but it's been getting less and less fancy. The shared spaces are too bland. Services like cleaning are being reduced. They've stopped recycling. Their monthly meetings don't achieve anything. Sure, the outdoor areas are really pretty, there's a garden for the residents and a tiny dog park. But what happened this week scared us. Mom was on one of Wesley Willows' trips. The bus had an accident, no fault of the driver, and some residents, including mom, had to go to the hospital. This was on Tuesday. By Wednesday night, NO ONE from Wesley Willows had checked up on her. When she was done at the hospital, she tried to call for a shuttle, but no one picked up for two hours. The person from Wesley Willows who was on the bus called their boss and he even came to take pictures of the bus, but neither of them talked to anyone there. They don't seem to care about anything but money. I wouldn't suggest letting your family stay here.

"Limited Social Spaces, Mediocre Facilities"
This place doesn't have many places to hang out. People just sit in the halls. The nurses give out medicine at a desk. The beauty salon smells like mildew.

"Assisted Living Community Review: Friendly Staff, Clean Environment, No Openings"
This place had cool stuff. The people I met were nice and the place looked neat. They didn't have any rooms when we went to check it out.

"Displeased With Facility; Wouldn't Recommend"
When I visited this assisted living facility for my family member, I was honestly disappointed. What I observed was just not up to my standards and is not a spot I'd choose for my relative. I wouldn't suggest this place to anyone.

"Great community, delicious food, but needs medical plan option"
My in-laws have been at the community for some time now and they are adjusting very well. We've had the chance to sit in the dining room for birthdays and social events, and the food is delicious. The staff are always nice and welcoming. The only complaint is that we don't have them on any medical plan right now. If they need help, they have to call their doctor or go to the ER. Overall, the place is great and we will eventually get them on the medical plan. It's good to know the option is there and that they can stay at Wesley Willows with the level of care they provide.

"Safe and Sound"
My in-laws have been living here for a while, and they’re doing well. We’ve enjoyed meals in the dining room during birthdays and social events—the food is tasty. The staff is friendly. Our only concern is that they’re not on a medical plan right now, so if they need help, they have to call their doctor or go to the ER. Overall, it’s a great place, and we’ll eventually get them on a medical plan. The good thing is that they can stay here with the care they need at Wesley Willows.
