"Addison Place is close and familiar."
We chose Addison Place because it was close to his previous home, making it a familiar environment. We thought it would be the best fit after looking at other places. His small apartment is a good size for him. I would recommend it to others.

"Helpful Staff, Comparable Cost, Poor Food"
I would recommend Addison Place to a friend. The staff are quick to help when you have a problem and do their best to fix it. They really listen. The cost is similar to other places around here. The food isn’t good.

"Great Care and Secure Setting, Minor Maintenance Issues Noticed"
My dad's mental health is getting worse, but he's still physically strong. Addison Place gives us the security we wanted in a setting that feels like an apartment. We were really happy with the big, safe outdoor area that’s easy for residents to get to. It has bird feeders and small vegetable gardens, which is nice. The staff is friendly, smart, and really cares about the residents. They’ve done extra things to help my dad, especially when he was sick recently. The only reason for the half-star deduction is some small maintenance problems. The doors to the outdoor area could use a new coat of paint, and the armrests on some chairs in the main area are a bit worn. But considering the great care my dad gets, our family can easily overlook these minor issues.

"Needs More Staff for Better Care"
In general, Addison Place didn’t really wow us. The place looks good—it’s tidy and maintained well. But the main problem is they don’t have enough people working there for all the folks living there. Like, on weekends, you might see just two workers trying to look after everyone. They’re doing what they can, but it means they’re only hitting the big stuff. There’s no chance for them to just pop in and see how each person is doing.
