"Pricey but Caring Assisted Living with Fun Activities"
My family member gets good care, but it's super expensive. The workers are nice and pay attention, plus there's plenty of stuff for residents to do.

"Avoid Bell Trace: Poor Care, Rude Staff, and Unsafe Conditions"
I wouldn't advise anyone to trust Bell Trace's nursing home with their family. Just three weeks after my dad was admitted following surgery, he started complaining of stomach pain, diarrhea, nausea, and loss of appetite. Living in a different city, I relied on phone calls where he'd express his fear of dying. His nurse would always assure me he was 'fine and resting.' When I insisted he be sent to the emergency room, he got diagnosed with C. DIFF. When I informed Bell Trace's staff, they disputed the diagnosis, claiming it was 'just colitis.' Now, a month later, my dad couldn't recover from this setback and is being moved to hospice care. It's clear he got this infection at Bell Trace and possibly had it a week before going to ER. To add insult to injury, another nurse was incredibly impolite to me, and there were more problems - the food is terrible. This place gives off seriously bad vibes and for the sake of your family, I urge you to avoid it.

"Poor Patient Care and Service at Assisted Living Facility"
My mother-in-law had a two-week stay here. Her bed sheets were only changed once, and that only happened because I personally requested it at the nurse's desk. The staff only offered her two opportunities to shower, one of which was late at night, and the other after she had been there for ten days without showering. The staff doesn't promptly respond to patients' requests, often keeping them waiting for more than thirty minutes for things like getting a drink or needing assistance to the restroom. One time, the woman next to my mother-in-law who needed help to use the restroom was left waiting for so long that she risked injuring herself by trying to move on her own. Despite the urgency of the situation, the nurses were slow to respond. I notified them, but they claimed they were already aware of her need, but were busy with other patients. When they finally attended to her, they left her in the restroom, and my mother-in-law had to call for their assistance again. The same woman was left in her own mess the following day, as they didn't take her to the restroom when she needed to go. Food service was substandard, with patients often not given a choice and left to eat whatever was served. Moreover, there was a mix-up with my mother-in-law's prescriptions being sent to the wrong pharmacy when she was discharged. Overall, our experience at this facility was unfavorable.

"Understaffed Facility with Multiple Care Issues"
The physical therapy was the only good part. We couldn’t get the baths they promised, and we had to wait for up to two hours for the nurses to come when we called for help. They didn’t take care of a yeast infection even after we asked many times, and a lot of the time, the food was too bad to eat. Also, when we were leaving, we found a bag full of someone else’s dirty clothes in our closet. It seems like they don’t have enough staff.

"Lack of Basic Care and Hidden Charges in Assisted Living"
Remember, it's important to speak up for your loved ones. We put my recently widowed sister-in-law in their care, thinking the nurses would do a thorough check. Sadly, they missed a deep, oozing wound on her elbow for two weeks. They didn't even know she had it until I pointed it out. But strangely, they immediately conducted a psychological evaluation and started treatment visits, which they later charged for without informing her.

"Inadequate Care and Lack of Communication at Assisted Living Facility"
My mom passed away within hours of arriving at this facility. I never got to meet any sort of leading doctor, assuming one exists there. The nurse attending to her seemed to have no clue about my mother's severe illness or personal history. It's baffling how they could be unaware. This place deserves to be closed.

"Lack of Attention and Care at This Facility"
Really bad time here. They didn't have enough people to take care of my mom or dad. A lady living in the room across from my parent shouted for help for 15 minutes before anyone showed up. It's a good idea to avoid this place.

"Do Not Send Loved Ones To This Poorly Staffed Facility"
This place was seriously short on staff and what's worse, they didn't really seem to know what they were doing. I honestly can't say whose fault that was. My family member was only there for a short time before they passed away. They didn't really give me clear answers about what happened. I would totally advise against anyone sending their loved ones here.

"Post-Surgery Stay at Belle Trace Leads to Serious Health Issues"
My mom got pretty sick after a short stay at Belle Trace for rehabilitation post-surgery. We were scared she might not make it through the night when she had to be rushed to the ER. During her brief time there, she got really sick with a UTI, bed sores, cellulitis, and even pneumonia. It's weird because she was there before and it was totally fine. But after this, no way would I let anyone I know stay there.
