"Wonderful care and activities made Bloom at Eagle Creek feel like home"
After a tough time at another place, I moved my sister to Bloom at Eagle Creek. I knew she would miss her friends and Bible study, but I was sure she would adjust. She really thrived at Bloom! The staff was amazing. There were registered nurses during the day and helpful staff on weekends and evenings. The place was clean and well-kept, and they did a great job cleaning her room, handling her laundry, taking care of her health, and providing meals. She loved the activities director who was fantastic and introduced her to new things like Manicure Mondays and frequent shopping trips. It felt like a big family. She stayed there until she passed away and she truly loved it!

"Weekend Staff Shortage Concerns; Limited Activities"
The person showing us around told me that on weekends, no one's available to help. I appreciated their honesty, but it made me uneasy. I didn't feel good knowing my mom wouldn't have someone to talk to if anything went wrong. The place looked nice, but there weren't many things for residents to do.
