"Some issues, but would recommend."
Our loved one is in memory care, but there aren't any activities, so we couldn't rate it fully. The cost ended up being more than what was originally quoted. Also, getting in and out of the unit takes a lot of time. However, based on our experience so far, I would recommend this community to other families.

"Assisted Living Center Review: Better, But Could Listen Better"
A retired doctor fell in his apartment, breaking three ribs. He felt something wasn't right, but the medical staff disagreed. He insisted on going to the hospital. After calling EMTs, he was taken to the hospital where X-rays confirmed three broken ribs. He was then moved to a nursing home where he recovered. Now he's much better and walking well.

"Mixed quality in care and meals; ongoing activity and billing issues."
Blinds dusty, toilet leaks, faucets spray. Care quality varies. Meals bland. Activities in progress. Billing concerns need clarification.

"Needs Improvement Across the Board"
We didn't have a good time at Brookdale Fort Wayne. We think they need to get better in every way. The prices weren't clear, they didn't take good care of our folks, and the food wasn't tasty. Overall, not a good experience for my parents.

"Brookdale Fort Wayne: Just Okay, Not Worth the Price"
We checked out Brookdale Fort Wayne, and it was alright. But compared to other places we saw, it didn't seem to offer as much, especially considering the cost.

"Just Average, Not as Impressive as Our Top Choice"
Our visit to Brookdale Fort Wayne was alright. It’s pretty clear it’s part of a big company. Everything seemed pretty standard. The person I care about would have been okay there, but the place we picked in the end was just so amazing, this one couldn’t stack up.

"Good care, hidden fees, and outdoor space."
The initial price they quote won’t last long. Expect extra charges. Good layout and care staff, but some admin issues. Outdoor space available for residents.
