"Haven't tried services yet; nice neighbors and quiet place."
We haven't tried the care services or meals yet. We're still learning, but it seems like a good fit. We have nice neighbors and it's quiet.

"Clean and Friendly Assisted Living, Comfortable for Residents"
The Brownsburg community is really clean and friendly, and our loved one feels comfortable there. Since it's in her hometown, she's familiar with everything. From our experience, we would suggest this community to other families.

"Assisted Living Facility Falls Short on Care and Communication"
We've had a few instances where requested tasks were missed, which has happened repeatedly. We understand the staffing challenges, but it affects our confidence. There are concerns about regular check-ins for our loved one's needs. We often need to prompt staff to ensure tasks are completed. More focus needed on residents requiring extra assistance.

"Unfair Cost Increases at Assisted Living Facility"
Beware of these folks! They totally trick you. They reel you in with a low price, then up your rate by 40K each year. They don't care about your lease; they pull up the cost anytime they're short on cash. Medicaid isn't accepted here. Both the nurses and aides are awesome, though. They definitely should get paid more.
