"Dedicated Caregiver at Copper Trace Receives High Praise"
There's someone in the Rehab Unit at Copper Trace who deserves special recognition for taking excellent care of patients. She is kind, caring, and puts her whole heart into looking after her patients. It's clear that she genuinely cares about the people she takes care of. Thank you for everything you do with a smile on your face!

"Headline: Terrible Care and Neglect at Assisted Living Facility"
My mom was at this place for less than half a year, and it was a nightmare. They didn't change her pee-soaked diapers for a long time, resulting in sores on her skin. We would sometimes even find her sitting in a pool of her own pee. Her feet were ignored to the point that the skin cracked and she got pressure sores - a big problem for diabetics like her. She got thinner and had problems with dehydration because no one helped her eat or drink enough. We even saw people and groups from outside shouting at her. She was made to feel like she didn’t belong, and they just robbed her of her dignity.

"Availability Issue Disappointed Tour at Copper Trace Assisted Living"
I toured Copper Trace, and it seemed nice, but I felt it was a waste of time. They didn't have any room available, even though we needed to move my loved one quickly. They should've told me upfront, before I made the trip. It wasn't helpful at all.

"Poor staff retention and management, subpar food and activities."
This place struggles to keep its staff. The food isn't great. Activities are unreliable because they can't seem to hold onto their activity coordinators or bus drivers. Staff often vent to residents about their work troubles and some aren't respectful. The place looks nice, but the management could use some work.

"Dangerous Neglect and Ignorance at Copper Trace Assisted Living"
They almost lost my mom because they didn't pay enough attention to her. They didn't have enough workers, but the really bad part was how bad they were at doing their jobs and how much they didn't know about taking care of sick people. Don't just trust what things seem like on the outside. Make sure you look into everything before sending the people you care about to Copper Trace.

"Lackluster Care in Assisted Living Facility"
My mom stays here. Some staff are nice, but not all. They ignore basic needs. Mom often stays in dirty clothes, and staff won't answer simple questions. They seem overworked and need more staff. Staff isn't trained well for daily living needs. They seem to think residents don't notice their care.

"Disappointing Assisted Living Facility with Unprofessional Practices"
This place might seem nice but it's not. It's run like a club where only certain people are favored, mostly women. Even the workers see it. The CNAs and nurses on nights and weekends are great, but that's about it. If you have a problem, forget about complaining. They don't listen. It's disrespectful to give patients nicknames and tease them. If your loved one questions things, they'll be in trouble. Not every older person just goes along with everything. We paid privately, and it wasn't too expensive, but you really don't get what you pay for.

"Horrible Customer Service Marred Visit to Copper Trace"
I wasn't happy at all with Copper Trace. We'd planned this visit two weeks earlier. However, I had to check three different entrances before finding a staff member. I brought two elderly ladies for the tour - one used a walker, the other a wheelchair. We were told unexpectedly that they didn't expect us and there was nobody available to talk to us. To add insult to injury, they're completely full with no available units. Such lousy customer service is a put-off. The place might look shiny and clean, but their customer service is horrible.

"Cool Community, But No Smoking Allowed"
I visited this place for my loved one and I thought it was pretty nice. But my loved one is a smoker, so the no smoking rule here was a big problem for us. We need a place where smoking is allowed no matter what.

"Good Tour, Far Location: Decent Assisted Living Community"
The tour at the community was really good. The staff did a great job showing me around and answered all my questions. But, when I visited, they didn't have any rooms available. Also, it seemed like the place was a bit far from where I live. I wished it was closer because I wanted my mom to be nearer.

"Poor Communication and No Tour at Assisted Living Facility"
When I got to my appointment, the staff seemed surprised. They said there was a waiting list and didn't even give me a tour. So, I can't say anything about the quality of care, cost, or activities they offer. I had come once before during their opening day and thought the place was nice.

"Disappointing Visit, No Tour Offered"
When I showed up for my appointment, the staff seemed surprised and unprepared. They told me there was a waitlist and didn't even offer me a tour, so I really can't say anything about the level of care, the price, or the activities they have. I've been inside the building before during their grand opening and thought it looked nice.

We checked out this place while searching for a spot. It was nice and brand new, but they didn’t offer any studios, which is what we wanted.

"Limited Studio Availability, Otherwise Nice New Facility"
We checked out this place when we were searching for somewhere to go. It was pretty nice and it seemed like it was new. But they didn't have any studio apartments available, and that's what we wanted.
