"Awful Food Experience"
My mom lives here, and the food is terrible! If you care about your family’s nutrition, don’t choose this place. They can’t even hire a decent cook who knows how to prepare meals properly. The meat is tough, and the vegetables are like rocks. They claim their meals are great, but they’re not!”

"Warm Community with Staff and Residents Encouraging Involvement"
Brentwood is a really nice place. The people who work there and the residents are all very friendly and welcoming. They want everyone to join in and have fun together. It's a wonderful place to be.

"'Facility's Price Hike Leaves Elderly and Veteran Residences Outpriced'"
This facility increased its monthly fees by $975 without giving any additional care or seeing any change in residents' health. It appears that every time the ownership changes, they take the opportunity to raise the price. My father, who is a veteran, can no longer afford this facility. It feels like they have a scheme to skyrocket the prices to the highest charged in Indiana. It smells of monopoly and harmful plotting at the expense of our seniors. Just two years ago, the cost was $1,500 to $2,500 and now it's several thousands more.

"Mixed Feelings About Assisted Living Facility"
I visited this place, the staff was friendly and helpful. They showed us around and answered all our questions. The place is clean and nice, with lots of things for residents to do. But I didn't feel it was secure enough for my dad.

"Friendly staff, clean community, security concerns for dad."
I had a really good tour of this place. The people there were really nice and they took their time to show us around and answer all our questions. The place is nice and clean, and the people who live there have lots of things they can do. But I didn't feel like it was as safe as what my dad would need.

"Nice Experience, But Not the Right Fit for Us"
Everyone was super nice to my husband and me during our tour of this community. Everything went smoothly, and the place looked good. Overall, it was a pretty nice experience, but we did find another community that suited our needs better.

"A Welcoming Home with Positive Social Engagement for Seniors"
My mom moved here from another place, and it’s better for her. They suggested physical therapy, and now she walks ten steps with a walker. They seem to have enough staff. Even with dementia, they include her in activities. They help her get up, dress, and give her tours around the building six times a day. If she needs to sit, they don’t just put her in bed; they let her sit in her recliner. She tries to talk to other residents, and it’s adorable. One lady said she’d keep an eye on her. My experience with Eastlake Terrace has been positive. I appreciate that they allow her to socialize, and she’s not stuck in her room all day. One thing they could improve is communication.

My experience with Eastlake Terrace has been positive overall. The only area for improvement is communication.

"Tragic Neglect at East Lake Assisted Living"
Misleading Care Services at East Lake Assisted Living The manager’s info about caring for my Mom was wrong. Moving her from the hospital was a nightmare. No meds, no bed, no personal care. We trusted them, but Mom passed away that night.

"East Lake Provides Inadequate and Misleading Care"
East Lake's care services were misleadingly described. The details the manager told us about their capacity to look after my mom turned out to be wrong. The process of moving Mom from the hospital back to East Lake was a disaster. It was unacceptable that she was left in the ambulance for hours returning to East Lake. There were no ready medications, hospital bed, or personal care supplies. We had previously agreed to a local nursing home for Mom after her most recent hospital stay. However, the manager at East Lake convinced us that they could handle her care, which proved to be false. That same night, Mom passed away.

"Assisted Living Facility: Improving Interaction and Communication"
The staff should get better at talking to us. When we want to know what's happening here, it's hard to find out. They also need to get better at telling us things.

"Atria Eastlake Terrace: Good but lacks full care options"
My family checked out Atria Eastlake Terrace before. We thought it could work for us. The main problem is it doesn't offer all the care we need. The nursing home is managed by a different part of the company and it's close by.
