"Great care for seniors at Elkhart Place"
We are happy to have our loved one at Elkhart Place. Most residents are around 80-85 years old, so sometimes the energy is low. But the staff does a good job taking care of our loved one.

"Cozy Assisted Living: Friendly Staff, Room for Improvement"
It's a good place, the people who work there are really nice and they care a lot. It's not too big, which is good for my dad, and it's close to where I live. The food isn't as good as where he was before. The price is alright. It's a nice community but they need to improve the kitchen - there aren't many choices for the people who live there. I hope they make it better! The staff really cares. It's small, which is nice, it feels more personal.

They've had lots of staff changes, and some positions remain unfilled. What they really need is more staff. Recently, they hired an activities director.

"Great Care and Comfort at Elkhart Place"
I would for sure suggest Elkhart Place, and I have. I'm very sure that our loved one is well taken care of. When I watch how the staff interacts with the residents, the staff is really patient, polite, and nice. Our loved one says the food is good. And I think her apartment is very nice too.

"Mixed Feelings About Assisted Living Community"
We didn't like our tour of this community. We went there for my in-laws and their needs. The residents didn't seem happy or cheerful. We didn't think it would be a good environment for my in-laws. Luckily, we found another community that suited our needs better.

"Friendly staff and clean facility, but chose another community for dad."
I knew a bit about this place already. The staff were really nice during my tour. They showed me everything, and it was all neat and well looked after. They answered all my questions. But I thought my dad would like another place I visited earlier.

I had a great time touring this community. Everything went smoothly, and everyone was really nice. The place looked well-maintained and clean. The staff I met were friendly and answered my questions. Overall, it was a good experience, but they don't offer transportation. The tour went well, but it wasn't the right fit for my mother.

"No outings!"
When I visited Beardsley, I found it pleasant. The lady who showed me around was kind and useful. However, we opted for a different place because Beardsley House doesn't organize outings or take residents to doctor appointments.

My visit to this community went smoothly. The staff I met were friendly and polite. The community appeared well-kept, and everything looked pleasant. Everyone treated my family and me kindly. Overall, it was a good tour.

I visited Beardsley House and some other places too. Beardsley House looked good and tidy. The person who showed me around was fair and told me lots of useful stuff. I chose based on where it is, otherwise, Beardsley House would've been a good pick.

The place is really clean and nice. The older folks who work there are really nice and they care about us. Sometimes, my dad doesn't like the food though.

"Unpleasant Experience; Wouldn't Suggest This Community"
Our experience with this community was downright unpleasant. For the three years that my dear one was there, they had 8 different managers, not to mention the incessant turnover of the care staff. The care standards seemed to be constantly falling. The last manager they had before we decided to move to another community was particularly difficult to deal with. Her accusatory attitude towards my Mother's health condition was distressing. Given our not-so-good experience, I wouldn't suggest this place to anyone.
