"Mixed Feelings on Assisted Living Facility"
My mom found out she’s been robbed twice, and it seems like staff members are always coming and going. Sometimes, there aren’t enough workers around, which worries us about getting help quickly if there’s a serious problem. However, my mom really enjoys the company of most people living and working here. What she doesn’t appreciate are the management’s poor excuses and the reductions in services.

"Nice Community, but Lacking Attention to Detail"
The community was nice and pretty. The apartment had a stain that they didn't notice until I mentioned it.

"Mixed Feelings About Wickshire Assisted Living Layout and Odor"
Our family visited Wickshire for a tour. We liked the rooms' layout, with direct bathroom access. However, the community had an off-putting smell upon entry.

"Billing Issues Impact Care Quality at Assisted Living Facility"
We've had some problems with the bills. They don't have enough staff, like everyone else. This makes everything else, especially the care quality, not so good. But the people who work here are all really nice.

"Mixed Experience with Assisted Living Facility"
The assisted living facility seemed nice overall. The tour went well, but there were a few small issues with the view and outdoor space. However, the real concern came when I found a resident sitting in my car during freezing rain. That was a major red flag. The staff didn't even know she had gone outside. Walking laps in slippers during an ice storm doesn't seem safe.

"**Assisted Living Facility Faces Challenges Amid Quarantine**"
The staff keeps changing a lot. It's tough not being able to visit and check on your loved one. The food isn't good, and there aren't many activities. Since the quarantine, my mom's socialization and interaction have declined.

"Disappointing Experience at Assisted Living Facility"
The boss and the nurse are nice. Most other workers are good too. But when we need help, it takes forever for someone to come. There aren't enough people working here, and they're too busy. My mom, who's 96, fell and waited a long time for help after she pushed the button. We've had lots of problems in the last six months, so I'm trying to find a new place for her. The food isn't good. They promise certain meals on the menu, but they don't serve them often. The food is cheap, but we pay a lot every month.

"A Great Place to Live"
Our time at GreenTree at Fort Harrison was enjoyable. The staff is really good—friendly, caring, and attentive to the residents. Although we faced a problem with one staff member initially, the administration promptly fixed it. The place is neat, tidy, and the food service is satisfactory.

"Cozy assisted living, friendly staff, ample activities, spacious apartments."
This place has three floors and elevators, but the cafeteria is a bit small. The people who live here seem to be around my mom's age and have similar energy levels. The staff is nice, the place is clean, and the one-bedroom apartments have good storage and are bigger than expected. There are plenty of things to do and lots of space to move around in.

"Some Medication Problems, but Mother’s Happy"
We’ve had some worries lately. They missed giving my mom her medicine one Sunday. Even if someone noticed, they couldn’t get the medicine because the pharmacy they work with isn’t open on Sundays. I hope they’re fixing that. Her medicine isn’t life-threatening, but if it went unnoticed… So that happened, and we’re checking up on it. Otherwise, the place itself is really beautiful. Mom likes it there, and she likes the people too. So I think she’s adjusting well. The staff is always friendly, takes good care of her, and goes out of their way to help.

"Excellent Care and Clean Environment with Pleasant Views"
This place and the people who work here are really great. They take good care of everyone and make sure we're safe. They even give each of us a pendant to wear. The bosses help out during meals and talk about how we're doing. They keep an eye on us to make sure we eat right. The rooms are tidy, but the studio had a weird smell. Other than that, everything's pretty nice. The view from the windows is awesome, and you can open them up with screens.
