"Friendly Care, Veggie Concerns"
They treated my dad like family, but he doesn’t get enough veggies—mostly starchy ones.

"Friendly Assisted Living with Activities"
They welcomed us like family. We get emails and a monthly newsletter. They’re friendly, open to questions, and cleanliness seems fine. Loved ones haven’t had issues. Bingo and bus trips are recent activities. They’re trying even during Covid.

"Care and Pricing"
Elmcroft is a very nice and clean facility. It costs $3,000 less per month than Woodlands in Muncie. Even though Woodlands is an accredited RN facility and Elmcroft is accredited as an LPN facility, I still believe my mother is getting the care she needs. Elmcroft provides more privacy and allows patients to go outside beyond an enclosed area if they want, plus they give patients a room key for access.

"Friendly staff, clean facility, communication could improve."
The people at Elmcroft of Muncie are really nice. They take good care of the residents and keep the place clean. There's a lot for residents to do here. The only thing is, sometimes the staff could do a better job of keeping families informed.
