"Positive Experience"
My family member lives at Five Star Residences in Noblesville. Overall, it's been pretty good. The staff is friendly, and the place is clean. The meals and activities are good, and it's a good value for the cost. We're still new here, but so far, so good! .

"Better Fit for My Uncle"
We visited an apartment there, but my 91-year-old Uncle felt it was too independent for him. He worried about walking to meals. Another facility suited him better.

"Second choice due to distance for family visits"
We picked this place as our second choice because it was too far for our family to visit our loved one.

"Independent Living Separation Disappoints in Otherwise Great Community"
We really liked this community overall, but there were a couple of things that bothered us. First, we didn't like that the independent living part wasn't connected to the main building. It's a bit inconvenient when you have to go back and forth between them. Also, the main building is smaller than we thought it would be. We expected it to be bigger, but it's not a huge deal. Overall, though, it's a great place.

"Unhappy Review: Poor Management and No Fun Activities"
They've had three different cooks in just a few months. There's no money for fun stuff. Something's wrong at this place. I wouldn't suggest it. It's really a shame.

"Informative and Pleasant Assisted Living Facility Tour"
The Five Star tour was really good for me. We learned a lot about healthcare words. The managing was super nice and explained everything about the place.

"Cottages Good, Memory Care Unit Lacks Positive Atmosphere"
The part of the building for people with memory issues seems and feels just like a place for old folks who need a lot of care. I don’t think that kind of setting would be good for them. But the small houses are pretty nice.

"Assisted Living Facility Balances Home-like Comfort with Staffing Challenges"
This place feels more like home than an institution. The staff is friendly, but they've had issues with having enough people lately. The facility is kept very clean and well-maintained. Activities are geared towards more mobile residents, which can leave assisted living residents feeling left out. Meals are served from a menu, and while the food is okay, keeping it at the right temperature is sometimes a problem. Overall, it's reasonably priced compared to other places we looked at.

"Challenging Doors Disappoint at Assisted Living Facility"
I visited this place while searching for a home for my loved one. What caught my attention the most were the bathroom doors. I don't think they're suitable for elderly people. These doors slide back and forth like pocket doors. To open them, you have to stick your finger into a small gap, and it's not easy to do. They should make it simpler for residents to use such important doors.
